April 13: Core Strengthening
Incorporate Pranayama, Mindfulness practices and Visualization along with core strengthening poses to practice mastering stepping from Downward Facing Dog into High Runner's Lunge for a smoother transition in your yoga flows.
May 11: Arm Strengthening
Use Pranayama, Mindfulness practices and Visualization along with arm strengthening poses to practice mastering Knees, Chest and Chin and Chatauranga for a smoother transition in your yoga flows.
June 8: Enhancing Awareness of the Koshas:
Body, Energy and Mind Sheaths
Use the core and arm strength you've developed through the series to take flight in your flows by working toward mastering Jumping Forward and Jumping Back. Using principles offered through the Koshas, we will focus specifically on Annamaya Kosha (Physical Sheath), Pranamaya Kosha (Vital Energy Sheath) and Manomaya Kosha (Mental Body) and using those layers of being to help you attain smoother transitions in your yoga flows.
